UPDATE: Subscription cancelled. No response from developer either in review or support. Bye Panic. Will probably cancel before paying. I don’t want to use Panic Sync. Without iCloud sync, I don’t see this subscription happening.

Pretty good overall. I don’t like being forced to use Panic Sync. An option for iCloud sync would be better if possible. That would get you two more stars. If not, then allow Sign in with Apple for Panic Sync. That gets you another star.

I paid for prompt2 got a new iPad and now I can’t get the app i already paid for? I will not pay subscription fees for apps i rarely use.

Bought a lifetime unlock of prompt 2, stopped getting updates and now I’m asked to subscribe or buy a lifetime license of Prompt 3 that includes a macOS app that I dont need. I’m sure it’s great, but the value I paid for originally is now inaccessible for me. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I bought Prompt 2 and then they removed it from the App Store forcing everyone to buy it again. Really scummy move.

Fantastic terminal emulator! I use it when I have a thought and am away from my computer.

It's just not a good usage experience. Clip syncing does not work well. Panic Apps worked better with iCloud Sync. Panic Sync is unreliable. Today I updated and ALL my clips and clip groups were literally just wiped away. I would prefer a manual way to backup my clips and clip groups rather than panic sync which destroys data. I've asked for some feature updates for several months. They are not interested in providing users what they need, instead they have this app that is what they want to give. And it simply does not work well compared to other terminal applications. UPDATE: I am increasing my rating from 2 to 3. I was contacted by support who inofrmed me how to retrieve my syned clips that had disappeared. So that was nice to not have lost all those. I still want an improved interface as previously requeted. As the interface improves I will continue to increase my rating.

Completely paid app, doesn't even let you add one server if you don't subscribe (or purchase the “lifetime” license)
