Buggy up and no phone support when trying to open a literal business with your private information.

Just trying to get items onto the shop is just really difficult. And then when you get to the specifics like certifications and what not even more difficult, it’s crazy that you can’t even link products from TikTok shop onto your videos. And then you can’t get certifications for things like CA prop 65 for things that are already being sold on TikTok shop. No one warned you about this and then there’s no information on it except for the fact that you can get banned if you don’t do it correctly it seems like you have the information but it’s gate kept.

Overall is really good and responsive, however it needs more options of control like the website version, believe will be updated eventually 👍

This app has made it impossible to sell any products. My products are not showing up, I’m on probation for absolutely no reason. And now because my tiktok is linked to this horrible seller app because of that I cannot access any of the trending sounds on the actual tiktok account to promote my products. When I finally gave up and wanted to close my tiktok shop, it’s not making me wait 30 DAYS!!! Now I can’t even add my linktree account to my profile until 30 days from now. Save yourself the headache and make a link tree account.

Unfortunately I am trying to list a product Cronus zen and it keeps saying I can’t for some reason and I can’t find any help in the app to resolve my problem
