I hit cancel subscription after my first day of free trial and was still charged for 2 weeks

This app is terrible, can’t sign in, doesn’t work, no translation, not sure what the point of this app is? Every time I open the app I have to subscribe again.

This app doesn’t nothing of what it states it can do. Your apple translate can do more than this subscription based app. It will charge you every week $6.99. And even after I canceled the subscription I still received charges. Please avoid at all costs. This is a scam.

Do not get this. Confused with google users . Do not get or buy!

I subscribed and I was trying to translate an image, but this thing is useless for that. It just triggers a Google search of similar images. Google Translate is perfectly adequate for image translation and it is free.

Purchased lifetime plan now charging me weekly instead of what was contracted under the original purchase plan.

7 bucks a WEEK? No app is worth that. Especially not this.

I paid for a renewal and now the app doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed. I rarely by an app but this one worked with my initial purchase but after paying $19. again it no longer works. The app says I’m signed in but won’t go anywhere from there. Now what? How about my money back?
