When you start, the game automatically assigns you to a region/server. Make sure you change to whatever server your friends are on BEFORE you start playing or purchase anything. Otherwise you will lose all items and progress. Opening a ticket for support will just get ignored.

I've been playing this game for well over a year, I've put money into it here and there, but unless you are willing to pay hundreds of dollars a month, you will be beaten by other players who are willing to spend. Not very fair matching of power levels or skill and technique. There are people on here who have been playing a lot less time but put in ridiculous amounts of money and are well for Advanced. Daily player here, do all the daily tasks and earn as much as I can without having to pay too much money, leaves you in the dark and well behind the others. It's a great game as long as you're willing to pay quite a bit

I’ve been playing this for about 3yrs now, as a F2P (I’ve spent $0). The game keeps me entertained and I enjoy my alliance. Just wish it wasn’t so whale happy. You don’t get rewarded for being loyal. You have to pay for your reward. Support is also weak. I’ve lost some in-game resources to glitches and have never received any feedback. I’ve messaged support several times for other bugs or glitches and have never heard from anyone. Kind of disappointing for a developer who tries to make it sound like they listen to their users.

I have loved RPG games for decades (not going to tell you how old I am😂) This game is so much fun, is not frustrating, does not try to make you empty your wallet. The heroes are awesome and you can choose whoever is in your party. You can increase their power without too much trouble, and they often give you free summonses. Kudos to the developers who seem to have respect for the players. Good for you!

When I win in the arena, my rank goes down instead of up. When I try to submit a bug report, it won’t let me attach the screenshot. It won’t let me submit the report without the screenshot either.

I played this game from May 2022 to October 2024. They deleted my account today for “cheating” apparently. That crushed me. I’m autistic and this was my favorite game; my favorite way to relax after a hard day. I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on it and played it constantly. I can’t believe it. I’d love to know what “proof” you have because I have never cheated on this game. I literally want to throw up. My heart hurts… it’s not right. Please reinstate @Tiahkeah

I used to be obsessed with this game. It was the most fun F2P game I had ever played. But the developers ruined it when they introduced heroes that basically make you kill yourself. It’s nearly impossible to beat the teams with the multitudes of heroes with this “reflect” damage ability and they pretty much only release them to P2P players… so it’s just not fun anymore. So sad, I really loved this game.

I spend 100s a month on this game and I just spent $10 USD on ruby and rose soul stone and it's gone. I will call my bank and say these transactions are frauds. I'm so upset at this game I'll let fb and discord too. They are money scammers, and I’ve already given them $350 USD
