It doesn’t recognize half the cards. Other than that it is great

I rate 5 star so you can see it.I a lot of Futbol card and it didn’t know who Ronaldo/Cr7 it only know 1/22 and thats Messi cuz play for a team in America and you probably know what team so hired more people that know what is the Best Sport⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Ok. So don’t get me wrong it’s a decent app but… when you scan a card the price is not correct. I have a psa 10 ja mutant card it said it was worth 3.25$ but it’s really worth 40-50$ don’t wast you time getting this app it’s a waste of TUME!!!!

This is a fun app and has a strong community. I’ve met and worked with some great buyers and sellers. That said there are some issues which need to be addressed. Overall the app can be glitchy when I want to sift through someone’s listings. I often have to close and restart the app for this to work. Also the pricing comparison logic needs to be reconsidered. When I see comparisons show up which are 7 years old for instance… Lastly - there are tons of dead listings which need to be cleaned up after the seller hasn’t been active for a certain period of time. Just hide those away ( you don’t have to delete them in case the person does come back) but don’t waste my time as a buyer having to sift through these. There are more suggestions I have but these few would be some major improvements to start with.

Few reasons that I will not continue with this app mostly the customer support. the fact that they have nine dollars of my money and will not let me spend it on anything other than their app, but not for their subscription only for their ambassadors products even after I link my bank account and they will not let me deposit dollar to meet their minimum after taking two dollars for withdrawing money two dollars is fine if they would let me get my money off of their app THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME GET IT AND BE DONE WITH THEM. and for it to be a card scanning app they have no consistency with finding the right card not to mention it is super easy to get cheated on this app thinking you’re buying a card shown but isn’t right card. again it’s absolute trash

If you are using this app for pokemon dont. The scanning feature never worked and it is a pain in the butt entering your cards manually.

The in app customer service never works. They refer you to Pro app customer service and then they always tell you to email customer service. The service members are rude and do not communicate with one another. Me and others have had frequent issues with getting our monthly credits. They never take responsibility and it takes weeks to get responses. It’s no surprise people are going to other apps. Horrible business.

The prices are so inaccurate and when you sell a card they take money from you as a commission making it impossible to work your way up.

Why whenever I scan a hockey card it comes up as “card not recognized”? Like obviously it’s a real card. Get your scanner working right and we’ve got ourselves a great app
