    So mad right now because every time I play this game it overheats my iphone. Kindly fix this problem. I love playing this game bec I am already stage 11 but the OVERHEATING ISSUE !!!!

  • App freezes but great game

    I have been playing this games for a while now and loved it. However, the app froze at one point on my iPad and I did everything that was suggested by help. I deleted the app and shut down my iPad, then restarted it and reinstalled the app. When I logged on, the same locked screen appeared. I went on my desktop and opened it up in my web browser and logged on and got the same locked screen. I tried other browsers and got the same result, I can understand that these kind of problems can happen, so I contacted support but never received an answer. I tried contacting support several times and still no response. I have no choice but to delete the app and never be able to use the account again. Due to the poor support, I felt that I could only rate this with two stars. Oops! It appears that the app was not locked up at all. It was waiting for me to find an object to move a rock. I apologize for the misinformation. Because of this, I am changing my rating to 4 stars. The game is excellent but support still never got back to me; therefore, I chose 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

  • The new upgrade ruined it

    The latest upgrade was just to get people to spend money. Deliveries pay less than half that they used to. Cableway needs 3 times the items. Took over half of my buildings. Things take longer to grow. I could go on forever. It’s no longer fun.

  • Underwater match 3 latest update debacle

    Since this last update, which I was excited about since it opened up a whole new area for me, the underwater match 3 game is not working properly. The match 3 part is fine, but the part where you are supposed to open up the chest isn’t working. There is no way to open the chest. Tap tap tap tap tap… nothing. Just keep playing match 3 for what reason exactly?? If you can’t complete the top item on the list of tasks, you can’t progress to the next one. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This used to be one of my favorite games.

    You changed the game and took all of my stuff! It’s cost me a lot to get my animals back. Now I find you have taken my stash that I collected from the ships. Ancient mechanisms, mechanism parts, all of it. Have I mentioned how much I dislike match three games. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Just when I was getting a good stock of things. Then I had to play mini games to get my own buildings back.

    Been playing for month or two…After last update, game refuses to connect…cannot supply support with necessary info, as I cannot get into game, no info on startup screen…help! A week later, Suddenly stopped happening, then resumed losing connectivity…getting very frustrated…losing star ratings…zendesk seems unaware that if I cannot get into game, I cannot send id and other info they want…

    Played this game for quite a while. New section opened and it’s telling me to decorate a bench and a light post Mediterranean style. Can we get a clue how to do that. I don’t have Facebook and from what I can tell (as far as I can get into it) no one is answering that same question that someone else posted. Help!
