I can’t sign in

Unable to choose correct birth time. I was born in the PM but can only pick AM times. Anytime I scroll to the Pm times it resets back to AM automatically. Very frustrating

I didn’t get a chance to actually get accurate information bc I wasn’t able to put in my time of birth. I tried several times to put it in but every time I set it the numbers would jumble me go back to the actual time it was that I was on the app,. So I never got to get past that, which was very unnerving.

The time function on birth chart does not work so I am not getting right chart. That’s a fairly basic function which now makes me question quality of this vs others.

I spent $7 on a month of this app and I regret it so much. It’s so glitchy — all of my birth times are wrong because the minute goes to :10 when I save and I can’t update my profile because the save button is blocked off. Also, the descriptions are so lazy, the prose reads like it was written by a seventh grader, and there are more typos, bad grammar, and run-on sentences than I can count. I tried to go on the support page for the app to report the glitch and it doesn’t work! There’s really nothing in this app that you can’t find online for free or in a good human design book. I was so excited about upgrading to the paid version and I feel totally scammed by it!

I love this app and believe it holds extremely valuable and life changing information! The layout is efficient and appealing as well. However, the level of typos, poor grammar, and down right terrible sentence structure used in conveying information is seriously off putting. Why am I paying for an app that shows this level of lacking thoughtfulness? Using this app obviously requires a lot of reading, so it’s very important for the information conveyed to make sense and be formatted clearly. This is not the case as it is clear whoever wrote the tabs of information in this app has very poor writing skills. The information in this app reads as though it was written by a middle school student. Overall, this flaw unfortunately gives an unprofessional and amateur effect to the app, causing users to feel confused and to question the validity of the information provided about human design. Please take the time to revise the written content in this app! The valuable insight is there, but the content itself lacks professional writing skills which would convey the valuable insight clearly enough to be taken seriously. I feel reluctant to share this app with others because it’s honestly kind of embarrassing how badly it’s written. Once the written content is revised the content and the app overall will gain a lot more respect and traction.

I pay for the app so I can keep My People section populated and it routinely gets deleted. What’s the point of paying for this app if this is the only thing I really pay for and it’s not functioning? This will be the last month I pay for it.

I want to thank you. I’ve paid for a couple apps over the years but ended up not using them and canceling before renewal. However your app has been so different! It’s saved me in so many ways, day after day and I’m immensely grateful. I’s been worth every little penny!! First of all it’s highly organized, thoughtful and tremendously insightful. I’ve been diving into each Human Design element and found it to be so much more detailed than what I’ve found online. Secondly, the meditations and tuneups have gotten me through some really heart-hurting moments lately and I could hug you! I’ve had some heavy moments with no one to immediately talk to - feeling as though my heart was breaking, so I turned to the app, closed my eyes and listened to your guidance and encouragement. It really helped to ease my situation and got my mind back on a healthier, more centered track. Thank you sincerely.
