Cost too much and seems like a lot of fake profiles

It’s been a year since I’ve used the app so I cannot speak much for the newest developments but I will say the app as a whole seems better quality then trying other places such as Tinder. I was on the app for about a week before I met someone who I sparked with immediately. Long story short and 1 yr later, we’re engaged with a wedding date for next year!

No warning, no explanation. Everything on my profile is on multiple other apps also owned by the Match Group with no problems. Was never told what actually caused the ban, and never given the chance to edit or delete whatever it was. Customer service is a joke with automated replies, resubmitting the same info multiple times, and days between responses.

Despite my search criteria, shows me matches 80+ miles away. Not feasible for many single parents to be moving or dating long distances with children in school/sports, and dealing with a co-parenting situation. I pay for the apps subscription and still have this issue. Very frustrating.

Don’t bother trying this app, it’s a complete waste of your time and an attempt to grab money from you. The search by distance is a joke as the app doesn’t follow that. Instead you will get countless potential matches ALL of which is way out of your search area meaning several States away. It’s completely useless. You also can’t see when someone “likes” you, requires you to pay for that.

These people are fake and not real. The site use accounts from different sites, they don’t see you. Don’t waste your time and money. I wish I can put NO stars.

Took forever to verify my phone number then name… after that I set my location and distance preferences and were show Nothing but people 4-5 hours away. I’m in SC and I’m being shown AL, KY, TN, VA. Everywhere but where I am.

Even when utilizing the search filters this app could not generate any prospects within my city. Almost all singles were 50 miles plus away or across state lines lol what a waste of time and money. I live in one of the most populated areas of the country so this makes no sense.

People were right in their reviews on how horrible customer support is with Match group and its affiliate dating apps. No phone number to call, just by email. How does a brand new account you’re trying to set up get banned, and customer support does not tell you how your account got banned setting it up? Here is the whiplash you can expect from their customer support. Ran into an issue validating my account with my phone number. Contacted customer support, they said I was good to go, and validated my account. Not kidding, 10-15 min later after logging in to finish setting up my account, get kicked out and told to contact customer support. Contacted customer support by email, they responded they would look over my case, get an email that the account would remain banned, but no explanation why, just a link to their terms and conditions and guidelines. What? Haha, everyone, just try someone else like Bumble and save your money and time.

So I joined this app a few days ago. The first day went well. Lots of attractive ladies and I received quite a few likes. After the first day all I get now are the bottom of the barrel. Swipe for 15 minutes and it’s one dog pound member after another. There are about 20 attractive ladies on this app
