    The story I am reading was an ad, that of course got my attention. Now I’m invested and have to pay ridiculous amounts to read a “chapter,” which is basically 13 paragraphs. One “chapter” was 8 SENTENCES. I’ve had other reading apps, payment of some form as well, none were this ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better.

    I like the stories that have been written my only problem is not being able to have the money to buy skip coins and the tuner to unlock a chapter is way too long. I’m a big reader but also living off a small amount of money while raising and child as a single parent. Reading is a passion of mine and I would like to co to ur to read as long as I have my eye sight still which is slowly declining. I feel if the wait time is cut in half there would be more readers on the app. Just a small suggestion

    I’ve enjoyed reading on this app. But since the last update, my free coins have been disappearing daily. And I cannot find a way to make a complain about it

    Update: So after them refusing to do any except give me 300 coins after spending OVER $100 (THOUSANDS of coins) I figured out what happened. One of their updates forced logged me out of my account. It doesn’t matter that I didn’t voluntarily log out, it is in their terms and agreement that when you are logged out of your account you forfeit all the books you paid for and any remaining balance you have. So you agree to give them money for nothing in return. Don’t do it. I have gone ahead and signed out of my account and deleted it. I don’t do business with thieves. If I could leave a zero star review I would. OGP: I went into my account to read my books and they are all gone along with my coins!!!! I have to save up to buy my coins! What is going on????

    Problem does not hold your progress . When you return to your book it does not go to where you left off and will charge you to unlock a chapter you have already read before you can forward it to where you left off .

    99% of the stories are written by people that have English as a second language (maybe 3rd 🤪), but I still really enjoyed the app especially because I could earn coins using the “Earn Bonus” section. Most of the time I just visited websites. They didn’t earn much, but they were easy. Now, they’ve changed it to surveys ONLY. I hate surveys. They are the absolute worst way to earn anything on any game. Now, I’m off to find a better app. 11/15/24 For whatever reason I kept the app. The most recent app change is a joke. When I claim daily coins and/or streak coins, they add to my balance until I go to the book. Then, they disappear. The only coins I retain are the ones at the end of the chapters. I reached out to support. I chatted with a bot that said a person would join the chat in an hour. I waited and then messaged to just email me. Two days later I got a notification in the app that it was resolved. It wasn’t. I didn’t reach out again. Then, a couple days after that I got another message that it was resolved. It wasn’t.

    This app keeps glitching! I am into a really good story and it keeps flashing that something went wrong. I can’t even open the next chapter! There is nothing more irritating than getting into a good read and not being able to devour the story like you want too.🤬
