I accidentally hit the wrong button and was charged. Customer service was very responsive and corrected my mistakes. Kudos to Fin, Vlada, Veronika, and Oleh.

It clearly says read 100% free yet after reading a couple of chapters, it demands you pay!

Purchased coins, subscriptions and other in app purchases multiple times to never receive what i payed for. On top of that i was denied neither a refund nor the things i payed for. Finally i’ve been building some coins to allow my self a reading spree, waking up in the middle of the night to get a free chapter every 8 hours, and i notice im logged out again. I log in. I immediately lose all of my coins. so sick and tired of this app.

Not happy, started reading but when it wanted me to subscribe, I didn’t want to and deleted app however I am being charged 19.00$ on my credit acc. Which I didn’t give!!!

not sure what is going on with this app but the time reading is not counting accurately. I have been reading for at least two hours and not even the 15 mins counter is marked as completed.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!absolute scam to the max power. The chapters are extremely short, and not only do they charge you for a subscription which is a set amount of coins…if those coins run out in a day and you want to keep reading you have to buy more. I paid for a subscription, I didn’t like the set up of the up and decided to cancel the same day like less than 30 minutes after realizing. When I go to click cancel subscription it says “cancellation currently unavailable “ but yet in the subscription policy it says the only way to not get recurring charges is to cancel the subscription. Which means I am involuntarily getting my money stolen. I tried to reach out to their ai agent FIN. He has connected me to two people Veronika and bohdan. They tell me to cancel on my account but once I mention it’s unavailable they go ghost. No reply no other explanation

I went back to some previous chapters and discovered many of the chapters locked again! That makes no sense tho I guess it’s one way to discourage checking a seeming inconsistency. Anyhoo once unlocked I shouldn’t have to watch ads again to re-read a chapter I already unlocked. The only reason I gave two stars is the story is halfway appealing.

This is my all time favorite book app. Amazing authors and amazing quality reading

1 very short chapter per day (unless you pay ~40/mth) making progress extremely slow. Earning coins requires endless number of ads. The novels that I’ve read have ridiculous grammatical errors not caught in editing. With so many of these apps available it’s easy to find several that allow quicker progression with better editing.

Service and app have been great. I had a payment problem and they gave me my missing coins plus extra.
