  • New companionship feature cold and unwelcoming

    There used to be a cute companionship feature where you can just pop in and leave a companionship heart,,, they took it away and now the new features are very cold and unfriendly. It’s such a small thing but I really liked it since honkai star rail lacked a companionship feature unlike Genshin, which had one. They also took away the alarm feature. One of the cutest incentives to download the app is botched and sad now. Forums still work but it looks like they don’t look at feed back from the forum users.

    The new exclusive chimera event right Every time I try to use the template is says this page does not exist I tried using the contact us page and it said that didn't exist either so like I basically can't participate in events no matter how hard I try whats going on??
  • The iPadOS version of the app needs major updates ASAP! (Please fill the screen of the iPad!)

    - The iPadOS version of the app doesn’t fill the screen - Features necessary for some of the events don’t work! (in the iPad app.) - Some stuff is so zoomed out is impossible to read the text on screen! - I’ve been waiting for the devs to finally fix the iPadOS app so that it actually fills the screen. It’s been well over two years at this point. - Unfortunately, a lot, and I do mean a LOT of users are either unhinged psychopaths, puritans or straight up idiots. (For example, when resin was increased to 200 (it should have been 240) I foresaw that there was going to be a problem with how slow the recharges. When I made other players aware of this problem, I was told to "shut up". Now here we are, having to wait over 26 1/2 hours for it to fully recharge.) - recently the customer service in the feedback section went from really bad, but pretty fast to decent but really slow. The feedback button doesn’t even work on the iPad app anymore!
  • Keeps claiming I missed a check in day when that’s a lie

    As the title says. The game will claim I’ve missed a check in day when I have clearly not and then expects me to do tasks to redeem. I absolutely refuse and will lose that day. I check in faithfully every single day around the same time so this app is broken. It also gives you old new.
  • Great for collecting check-ins, won’t let me apply themed backgrounds

    I saved for the Furina-themed background, but it unfortunately won’t let me apply it. When I try to, it sends me to my browser, then tells me I need to be in the app. When I try going back to the app, it sends me to the browser again. It’s not that big of a deal, but it’s pretty frustrating.

    No real complaints other then the fact that I’d like the map for each game to mark off what you have, it’s just a little inconvenient when you try to 100% and you have to go to get a chest you have already opened it
