I recently downloaded an English learning app from the App Store that claimed to offer a 7-day free trial before charging any fees. However, I was charged $35 and $29 immediately without any visible trial period, and the app does not appear in my purchase history in a way that allows cancellation. There is no option to cancel the subscription, and I feel this is a scam. I did not intend to make a one-time purchase, and I did not authorize these charges. Please help me cancel this app and process a refund for both transactions. I believe this app is deceptive and should be reviewed for violating Apple’s policies.

I signed up for 10 days free trial but I cannot find how to stop subscription and get a refund on the app. I sent an email to them but they do not reply to me.

It's a fraudulent app.

I’ve sent two refund requests because the app didn’t suit me, but I never got a response. Poor customer service and no way to get help. Very disappointing experience.

They made a false AD. It seemed like they provide lessons with movie subtitles. But it is just bunch of vocab practices worse than so many free lessons. The free trial is a lie. Once you try it, you have to pay at least $60 for this trash app. They don’t do any customer service and cannot cancel the service. I tried to find this app’s subscription to cancel but I cannot find this app whatsoever because they made the payment system like installment, not the subscription way. It is made for fraud. All the good reviews are made on their side. Trust me. Don’t even try this app.
