  • It works

It works. I’m giving it five out of five because it really works. I tried it on my Rolex.

Easy and fun to use. Great for kids too!
  • Nice App but Basic

Before I had this app I had not identified most of my rocks. It doesn’t help database experts to ask me if I got the right Id. I don’t know, which is why I chose the app. I know it can’t be perfect, but I feel like it’s usually a good answer. It seemed to have worked better on my polished stones since it will only give me one ID. The buildup of extra layers of ‘stuff’ hindered the good components to be Id’ed. It would be nice to know the total composition but that is likely impossible on a phone app. But I did hear these phones are mighty powerful! A printed list would be sweet like print #1 through # 20. Thank you for your hard work. Its a good app for sure!

I’m obsessed with collecting rocks. This app is amazing for identifying rocks. I have been able to confirm the identity of raw gemstones with a gemologist that this app has identified for me. I tell people that I’m a rockaholic and should be going to rock anonymous. I highly recommend it.

When I got this it was cool we tested rocks but some of them were not what we actually had
  • It’s ok

    By Nothing to really do
It seems to identify most of the rocks, but not all, I have taken pictures of However, I often find different results on the same stone especially when I turn on the flashlight. It happens so frequently that I don’t know if I can fully trust the results.
