A grade app that almost always guesses correctly on what kind of rock I own

It’s way too inaccurate. I decided to try it on my known collection before taking it to a dig. It misidentified probably 50% of my stones. It thought every black stone was black tourmaline, every green or blue stone Amazonite, and many other stones as basic Quartz. It failed to identify a beautiful piece of blue tourmaline and another that was green. Muscovite was just called mica, and a blue topaz was called quartz. I tried a piece of adamite and got 3 different answers. Not once could it identify my multiple pieces of beryl. I tried the app several times with these pieces and got the same results. Why would anyone pay a lot of money on an app that is so wrong? I’m looking for an app I can trust out in the field.

I don’t like how that you have to pay for a lot of thing even the price you have to pay for that too! Like at least make the pictures unlimited for everyone cuz there is some kids out there who got this game and couldn’t have this game because they had to pay for it. That’s why I rated 3 stars cuz I just don’t like how you have to pay for everything. Even the pictures you can take is two I didn’t know that so when I saw this game I said this is cool I will give it a try. But when I took tow pictures that just got me mad so dont try this game.

This app is easy to use and has more info. Than most nature ID apps. It also works off line!

This apps is amazing! It helps identify rocks, tell you all about them even properties. I like that I can ask experts about rocks that I have specific questions on.
