  • My go-to app for off-roading!

They’re constantly improving and adding new features. I love that every trail has had tires on the ground and has up to date reviews by the app users. In the past, I used a couple different trail apps that turned out to have unreliable information, even leading to a couple ruined trips.

Super helpful app! Will only get better as they add more trails! The integration with GAIA GPS works super well and was a great addition. The two apps together make route planning and navigating very straightforward.
  • Best Trail App

I’ve been a member of Trails Offroad for years and it’s the best, most trusted trail app out there. Other popular apps don’t put boots on the ground and give turn by turn directions better than Trails Offroad. If you use this app, you can be confident in what you are getting into out there!

I love all the features and recommendations that all the off road guides this app has. I did my first hard trail and their recommendations for what line to pick and all optional lines were great. I’ve done numerous of trails with them and the guides have yet to let me down. Would recommend for all levels.

I enjoy exploring, I'm old school and my paper maps are tattered. This map app amazes me, it gives me all the info I need to prepare for exploration Safely.

This is a fantastic app and a necessity for anyone headed off road. I have this app on my cell phone and recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Rubicon x and have it loaded on my uconnect system . It’s fantastic to have an off road navigator on my 12 inch screen in the vehicle. Honestly it’s my favorite perk on the new Jeep. And a word about customer support, absolutely outstanding. Sent a request and was answered in a few minutes. This is the poster child for the perfect IT experience

Don’t bother if you’re looking for the free version. Everything you click on requires the annual membership. I don’t mind paying. But for now I’m just trying to find an app that I like and works for me. Since I can’t make it do anything without paying for a year, it’s a hard pass for me.

Best best app on the market for 4 x 4 trails. Every trail is extensively documented so you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into.
  • 1000x better than OnX or anything else.

Great trail info, pictures and reviews. I absolutely love how it integrates with Gaia.
  • No way to upload GPX?

Looking for an alternative to GAIA and OnX pricing. Trails Offroad doesn’t seem to allow uploading. Search for help reveals you can download tracks and upload to GAIA. Why not just use GAIA to start with? Trails can be shared in GAIA.
