Downloaded the app, paid the 19.99 for a year takes you to the next page wants more money. Can’t move past it to use the scanning for food. Don’t recommend 👎 I give it a 1 cause I can’t leave it 0

I am new to the app but need to say now that the app is not user friendly. I hope that this will be a good tool; if not, I have wasted $20. If it is I will return with my review. Reviews are very helpful!
  • Paid for premium, glitches make me want to find a new app

Lots of lagging . Takes extra time to make entries . Scanning barcodes rarely brings up the right item or any item at all. Right now the app is glitching and and all my nearly year of data is missing, and I can’t enter anything. Hoping this is resolved quickly . Not getting a premium experience even though I paid for this app.

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled and did not receive a refund. I cannot figure out how to get that refund no.

I just needed a simple way to track and maintain. I entered the work free as a key parameter and was mislead to think that’s what this is. Free for a trail period. Just long enough to start to depend on it then it expires and you have to buy. It’s misleading. It can’t even be as simple as a one time fee. It has to be a recurring charge. Misleading and disappointing.

It’s day one and I’m already frustrated with this app. I should have known it would not be a good app when it immediately offers deep discounts if you purchase a subscription upfront instead of a 3 day trial. The next issue is the bar code scanner doesn’t work. Entering my food isn’t working because the calorie count differed so drastically (ex.Smithfield microwave bacon. Package states 3 slices is 60cal, but app says it’s 210cal..major difference!, 2 eggs, carton says 120cal, app says 199cal). Would not recommend this app.
  • Not very comprehensive

This app isn’t really as good as I expected it to be for the money I paid. Would not recommend.

I loved this app! It got premium with their holiday deal saying $19.99 per year. Not monthly. Even in my app subscription it says renewal dec. 2025. But the. I was charged the following month. I thought it was a mistake because it says yearly… even went and doubled checked and it says per year… so I fought the change and got my money back and thought everything was good… nope! Now I don’t have premium because it’s saying i didn’t get it… when I clearly got the yearly subscription in December of 2024… like I’m not dumb, it says $19.99 per year then a week option… it should probably be monthly for a year that price, but nowhere does it say that… it’s false advertising and misleading!
  • Good app, needs improvement on recipe creation

Love using the app for daily tracking, wish there was a way to add a yield amount when inputting a custom recipe.. I make a lot of homemade foods -including sauces and dressings that I don’t want to put a 1/4 of a recipe in a single meal for.. hope this might make it to the devs.. love using it otherwise
  • Food search is pretty limited

Trying to look up foods and figure out the serving sizes is a real pain in the patootie. I’ve used Noom, chronometer and my fitness pal and while I like the format of this app, it’s just too hard to find the foods I want and get a clear idea of the serving sizes. Most foods just say “1 serving” instead of saying “1 cup” or “1 tablespoon” and you need to go back to a different screen to try to figure out what that serving actually is. Another issue is finding foods, brands, and whatnot. If you rearrange words in your search you can get wildly different answers so it’s hard to know what’s actually in their database.
