I did a suggested update on my computer which led me to this. I do not want it, have deleted it and if I get charged for anything, I will lodge a complaint, dispute the charges and call the attorney general. How fraudulent can you get??

can not download anything

Scan Snap has the worst support of any company I have dealt with and things like a password reset do not work. I can't get to work on my Mac, and Scansnap Cloud does not work.

Spent hours trying to figure out how to use it.

How many times do I have to verify my password, then get a code, then log in and re-verify my password, and get another code, then, it wants me to set a new pass word!!n This is insane. I should not hve to wait over 20 mins to get into what I purchased. I hate this process!! I still cannot get into it because-guess what!! I have to reset my freeking password againl. How many hours do I have to donate to this insanitY!!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck are you all about??????

I do not like this app. Complete lack of functionality. I will never use it.
