    So two years ago I had access to Explore for a week. I made 2 videos- one for Halloween. Then the explore button vanished. For two years I’ve had no way to delete those two videos. I’ve contacted Etsy support half a dozen times, sat on hold, downloaded the latest version, only to be told they can’t fix it and are “creating a ticket” for tech support. Nothing. It’s stunning how little Etsy prioritizes a functioning platform for sellers. I’ve made over 20k sales and still can’t get a human to fix this problem. Soooo frustrating

    Super convinient and easy to list things right from my phone. I can check my stats of my shop and when my orders are do. Highly recommended, I don’t think I could do it without this app.
  • Send refunds with no explanation

    Been using Etsy for awhile and I used to love it. However, lately that has changed. I had a buyer complain that the sweatshirt I sold him was measured incorrectly and he wanted to return the item, which would’ve been fine if that was true but the buyer thought my “length” measurement was for the sleeve. So, after I explained to him that the length measurement is for the full length on the sweatshirt from neck to bottom, he of course get upset and said he’d open a case. I wake up the next day to see that he has been refunded out of my balance (and they let him keep the item), I go to my emails and see he opened a case at 8:22pm. The case was closed the next morning at 11:15am before I ever even saw it. I contacted support about 5 different times asking why this happened and if they could reverse it. They just say I violated Etsy policy then stop answering but they won’t tell me how I violated the policy. Anyways I told them if this case doesn’t get reversed or I at least get my item back I’ll be selling elsewhere, they basically said 🤷‍♂️. Don’t use Etsy to sell vintage clothing, use depop or eBay.

    I had deleted this app a while ago since it didn’t have good reviews, but I reread the reviews and redownloaded the app recently, and I love it! I had been using the website for a while, but the app is way better. It helps me manage my shop better and is just better in general. So far, so good! I am hoping that it keeps it up, because I am going to really need this in the future, especially during the holiday season. I am hoping (fingers crossed) that it does not glitch like some reviews say it does because this is going to be my go-to Etsy app. So 🤞. I would recommend this app to you if you are looking for a more organized, more easily accessible Etsy. Thank you, Etsy!
  • Active listings not showing up!!

    I have active listings in my shop that are not showing up on the app! I only have one visible listing out of 68. I have checked to make sure everything is active. And I have checked my shop via browser and everything shows up! Something is very wrong with the app and I have a collection launching Friday! Please please PLEASE fix this!!!

  • App changes to give priority to listings with FREE shipping

    I KNOW you guys - at the request of Etsy headquarters made a change to the app to give PRIORITY to listings with FREE SHIPPING because Etsy wants to increase the sales for the company but the reality is that the change made is NOT working- my sales are down by 75% and my visits are down by 80% so basically even thow i am Paying to advertise every day my listings are being shown last ALL because Etsy is now using a VERY DISCRIMINATORY WAYS TO RUN THE APP. Its ONLY a matter of time before you get sued for discriminating your clients. PLEASE pass my complaint to headquarters- going thru Etsy sellers help only gets me to a guy in India in a call center who by the way is clueless and impossible to understand what the heck he is talking about. If Etsy doesn't give up this discretionary campaign to give priority to listings with free shipping ETSY will lose a lot of sellers and no sellers means no merchandise to sell -no buyers to buy the merchandise you dont have. ***Contacting Etsy support *** goes to your call center in either Mexico or India - and sadly its a waste of time ! *** Etsy will care ONLY once sellers start to move their business somewhere welse.

    I recently updated the app and regretted it. Now, when my item is added to someone’s favorites, I can no longer study the buyer. I can’t see their interests or other listings they marked as favorites, as those listings are now inaccessible. If this could be fixed, it would be wonderful. Also, 1. It’s not possible to adjust the print format for shipping labels from the app. 2. I would also like to be able to control the sound notification for when my items are favorited. 3. The information in the News & Activity section does not match the information in the “Shop Engagement” section in stats and only partially reflects favorite activity.
