    It’s not the greatest on the market but it does the job. I’m deleting the app because it gave me a goal weight to lose when I didn’t have any intentions on using the app to lose weight. It also is telling me that I need to do more sessions to burn more calories in order to lose weight. I didn’t even know it asks if you want to lose weight.

    I downloaded this app for free but can't use anything within it without upgrading and paying a fee each week. Totally bamboozled me.
  • It’s bad... some moves are not IN sync to the instructions

    I am being generous to give this 2 stars... some moves are not in sync to the instructions... esp the cat/cow pose, it is showing he downward dog. Some sessions are interrupted with an unrelated visual...it’s says ‘media offline’ while the instruction is going on. How can I get my money back!

    I got more relief from lower back pain after two days of this yoga than I have through almost a year of physical therapy and other things that I’ve tried on my own. I’m really amazed. I thought I was flexible until I started this.
