The app events search function is terrible now. It shows matches coming off six months from now first the sprinkles in some random dates. The app is terrible now! Ugh.
  • Great idea, slowly improving

The whole thing is great 👍 Meet new players, pay more for more information about your opponents, I’m okay with that but paying almost $45 for 4 matches (sometimes 3 or even 2) flex leagues that are setup at public courts by us, the players… I don’t know, I agree that this great idea has to be profitable, but at least the FLEXLEAGUES should be around 15 - 20 bucks
  • Don't use app for multiple children

Hello, I have used UTR on a browser for years for me and 4 children. When I tried to start using the app, it created hybrid children accounts. I tried contacting support, but they can't put it back to how it was.

  • No Empire or anyone watching kids compete.

When you book the game there’s no one watching the games that your kids play plus they match 15-year-old with 10-year-olds, they don’t have the age range like USTA plus when the kids are cheating or being bullied there’s no way that you can address this with the company they don’t call you back, there is no phone number provided to get in touch with them. I send a message month ago and I’m still waiting for response, do not give him the money, it’s a waste of money on games that no one cares about. Just go anywhere else to have games with your friends for prescribe for free.
  • Not helpful for tournament information

If I were to develop an app to handle sports registrations, I would include an easily accessible link to determine when and where the athlete plays. This shouldn’t be too difficult since the app requires you to log in, so the information for that specific player should be tied to their login account. I would make it available when they logged into the app, not some random email they received or have them scroll through a list of 9+ different draws hoping to find their name and still not having a location except the vague high school name, since we live in an area with giant high schools.

This is a unfriendly program. It is very hard to submit information. There is no direct link to include score, input schedule, stats, set roster, etc. Why do I need to input current location rather than place of event?
