    Don’t expect free! You create a profile, spend 20 min inputting a bunch of info and then boom! 40$ a month! Like just be upfront with it!

    Overall the app is great, however since the last update, the app drops the audio to announce rest countdown and doesn’t return the audio. The second issue is my phone is getting warm and battery is draining. So far 50 minutes into the app being the front app in use and my battery dropped over %12. I would prefer to be able to lower the volume on countdown timers and customize the notice. (Don’t need 30 sec notice for some machines)

    This app makes a lot of promises that it really can’t seem to deliver on. The user interface could use the eye of a designer, could also use a machine learning engineer to help actually make your weight progression meaningful, and you are the QA team so get used to maneuvering around bugs. Replacing movements leaves a lot to be desired as there is not much built in to the app, so don’t bank on a ton of variety. If you were hoping there was some magic AI built into this app that will dynamically adjust your weights based on your progress get ready for some disappointment. Customer support is just the trainers giving you gruff responses to your questions that wind up as a “I dunno why are you asking me” vibe. Pretty much seems like Juggernaut operates on a wish and a prayer. Don’t believe the hype. Avoid the snake oil cash grab and either buy a proper program or find a trainer who can help you achieve your goals. Good luck out there!

    Only have used the app for about a week but so far so good! Having the ability to change mid workout according to how things are moving is one of my favorite parts of the app.

    I was so excited to start on this program but the technical errors make it unusable. The app gets stuck when I go to save workout and has an indefinite loading screen.

    I think the overall idea for strength is better than most apps. The pairings seem on point within my two week trial. However, I have significant issues with the lack of substitution exercises. Can’t add GHD abs for instance. Can’t add low bar squat on my squat day. Comp or high bar only option. I can’t squat with a reg bar. I use a Marrs bar. No Kabuki bar option either, but that’s a stretch too. I’m sure I’ll find more limitations as I complete my second week. I also can’t stay the week/day setup. Add the actual day to the app. Like Sunday Day 1. It’s so confusing how the app classifies your week and days. Doesn’t seem to follow the standard week. Don’t know if I’ll sub the steep year cost because of this. Fitbod app is much nicer setup, arguably less comp focused, but the app execution much better.
