    I contacted you before my trail ends I emailed support today so you need to cancel it before my trial ends I’m not going to be charged $79 for something I didn’t give consent for I didn’t like the app for the week trail Therfore I don’t want to move forward. You need to cancel my subscription now I emailed support!!!

    I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Despite my repeated attempts over the course of several months to cancel my subscription, I am still being charged for a service that I haven't used. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to resolve this issue. It is incredibly frustrating to see charges on my account for a service that I no longer want or need. The lack of communication and disregard for my requests to cancel are completely unacceptable. This company's handling of customer service and billing is appalling, and I would caution anyone considering using their services to think twice. I am deeply disappointed with the way I have been treated as a customer, and I will certainly not be recommending this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and frustration by avoiding this company at all costs.

    I would not waste my time. It’s hard to cancel and they will not refund your money. I thought I had cancelled it. The app doesn’t work well at all.

    I tried the seven day trial period but canceled before the trial. I have another another App called LOSE IT that is less expense and has many of the same features. I wrote several emails reiterating that I DID NOT want to purchase the app. They charged me $79.20 - even though they acknowledged that my account had been cancelled! All requests for refund have been ignored. Stay away from these thieves! I’m livid…

    When I signed up with the app, I opted for the subscription to be charged via Apple Pay. I no longer wanted to use the application so I deleted my account. Lo and behold, on 4/8/24, 4/9/24, 4/12/24 and 4/21/24 $79.20 was attempted to be withdrawn from my Apple Cash. I have emailed multiple times with no response to get this canceled. I did not sign up through Apple subscription, I did it through Apple Pay. I no longer have an account with this app, yet the still keep trying to charge me. I have emailed support multiple times with no reply! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS APP. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT AND THEY WILL JUST TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. I AM ALSO REPORTING TO THE BBB.

    I wanted to try a new app out to try to get an idea of what my diet looked like daily and there was a trial I could do. It never let me know when that trial was up and the app one day attempted to pull $80 dollars from my account, when it wasn’t in there (because I’m not rich by no means) they used three different sources to try to pull that money out immediately. It worried me. I deleted my account on the app and removed the app immediately. I tried to reach out to customer service for two weeks and always the same response “we are experiencing high volume inquiries and requests.” It was so frustrating because this attempt to pull that money from my account went on for three weeks. Finally when I got my paycheck, they immediately snatched it from my account. Worried they may try to take even more money, desperately I tried to email them again, only to be met with the same automated email. This is disheartening and very upsetting. I won’t be downloading anything similar to this nature ever again.

    EDIT: I filed a Paypal case against them and won. Omo told me they refunded my money as a courtesy 🙄 and then they said they would have to restrict my app access lol…I dont want to use your stupid app after this anyway!! OG POST: I wish I saw the reviews here before I started doing their stupid survey. Looks like this company has shown over and over that it has the worst customer service. So I agreed to a 50 cent trial after a lonnnnnng questionnaire. I thought that was it and hit the next button by accident without reading. Next thing I see is a Paypal charge for $79. I was like what the heck??? So i emailed them right away telling them I didn’t know that I clicked on the wrong button and it charged me $79 that I didn’t even see. They refused to do a refund!!! I have never had a company refuse to refund me after a mistake. They use the excuse that they explained everything clearly. Obviously an AI response to explain why they legally don’t have to refund you. Ok but what if you clicked on it by accident because your finger slipped? What if you meant to hit cancel?? The RIGHT thing to do is to refund the customer. But obviously THEY DON’T CARE about their clients at all. I would not support a company that has no sympathy for their customers, especially for an app that is supposed to “help” you!! I hope they start listening to people instead of just trying to keep your money no matter what. I am not going down without a fight!!

  • Great app but won’t let you cancel subscription

    My experience using this app was good. I think if you want to track your weight loss that it is a great tool. I enjoyed the daily thought-provoking messages. I however have decided to use other means and canceled my subscription before it was to renew. I did it twice. For some reason, it turned it back on and when I went back to check it, the subscription was turned back on. I turned it off again and today my account was charged $19.80, I contacted my bank and had them block the charge because I had already canceled my subscription. What is weird is I can’t even find the app under my subscription list. It’s not even listed. I don’t know if that is some weird way of them keeping me subscribed and not allowing me to cancel or what in the world is going on. Anyway, I took care of it with my bank.

    Please do not get the app. I signed up for the 3 month trial that was $25.99 That was the promotion I received. I thought it was going to give workout ideas with all the food tracking meal and fasting tooo. Welll nooooo! I reached out to the customer service to get a refund because that’s what it states on they policy. “Jules” from there support stated it’s non refundable , she can only offer me a one year service with no cost. Mind you I’m telling her the app isn’t working for me . Later she states they have another premium program Where they give workout ideas , as a customer When I first enrolled I didn’t see anything about a premium for workout and tracking . My promotion was only for fasting tracking and meal tracking As a customer who has paid and tried there app for a few days I’m very dissatisfied. & they ONLY care about the money not the customer experience!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
