They are offering a 30 day trial but it won’t work. Asking me to restart my membership. I’ve never had a Bakesy acct before so how would that work. Hate apps that offer trials & then don’t. I’m staying away.

It just works, which is what you need in any app but especially in an app that processes orders for your business! I am so impressed with the support on this app and the ease of setup all together! Creating your website is SO easy it could be done in 10 minutes. I deliver software for a living and could not believe how fast they pushed bug fixes out and reply to my questions clearly and quickly. All software can come across bugs and have hiccups, it’s the response time and attention to detail that matters. They care about getting you back up and running asap. Thank you for being amazing!

It was supposed to be a free 1-month trial and it ended up charging me 9.99 still. Like what? Why are they lying to us? Smh if you see a 1-month trial option don’t get it! they will still charge you!

Keeps me organized and on task love it

Love this App! Need more customization and would love to be able to set it up on a tablet or desktop. It is a hassle trying to do everything from the phone, other than that it is a wonderful app for bakers !!!!!!! Hopefully one for chefs will be available soon.

I love this app it help keep me organized just wish payments were paid out through stripe sooner

I am really loving Bakesy. The only thing that would make it better is being able to use it on a computer. Trying to set everything up and adjust it to get it all correct is really time consuming and hard to do with my phone. I have heard this is on the works for it to be able to be done on a computer. There is a lot of back and forth of getting things set up and implemented correctly, once I get it all set up and running correctly for my needs it will be great.

I plan on using this app to start selling, however, I do wish there was a pickup time feature, as right now we would have to manually remove the pickup time choice if it was previously selected by a customer. Please make an update with this feature, it will be more convenient!

So straight forward to set up, just work through basic questions and load products. Then I went exploring to see what the app was capable of. Very configurable, very powerful and then there is wonderful support. Questions answered unbelievably fast. Suggestions for improvement graciously received.

I've been using Bakesky for almost a year and love the new update! However, I think the website could benefit from a more modern design. Specifically, it would be great to be able to navigate through gallery photos by tapping left or right instead of having to click on each individual photo and then backtrack to view the next one. More customization options for colors and design would also be a huge plus, allowing users to give their website a more personalized and modern feel. Despite these minor suggestions, I find the app incredibly easy to use, both for myself and my customers. With a few tweaks, I'd definitely give Bakesky a 5-star rating!
