    I only got the app today but I’m a ballerina and want to stretch at home with a timer and being told what to do. I’m disappointed that I can only do one stretch a day when I’m trying to get both splits and more flexible.

    Love the stretches! Helping rehab my shoulder, wake up in the morning, loosen up for my run, and so much more. Only thing that could make it better would be optional audio explanation of each stretch. Scratch that it was just added! Awesome! Thanks Bend! Next is more run related stretching.
