    I installed this app on my iPhone so I could access files from my PC that I synced via the Windows Proton Drive app. Except my files from there don't show up at all! What even is the point of this app then????

    But no dark mode icon, some of their other apps seem abandoned (Calender). These guys are over reaching. Bloated with apps but no support for most. Anyway the app is still not good for business, but the app is ok. Seriously, dark mode, guys. Come on.

    Title says it all. Upload download speeds are pretty slow. Sync features are decent.

    i am doing this here bc googling/redditing/ and even looking at the docs article on proton itself does not give me a clear answer. is the docs feature only available on desktop? is it available on macos? will it ever be a available on ios? i really dont want to use google docs or drive anymore.

    I like the proton environment, but the functionality of this app is unacceptable. Any click takes 30 seconds for the app to register. It also seems to store phantom data somewhere. I recently had to delete and reinstall the app because, despite not having anything downloaded for offline use, the app was taking up 185 GB of space on my iPad. After a delete and reinstall, that entire 185 GB went away. Absolute garbage piece of software. Please fix this Proton….

    A few things that can be improved. First, in the photos tab, let users upload pictures individually instead of only allowing backup. Also it be great if pictures were uploaded as they are, instead it uploads the original and the modified version which takes up more space.

    App no longer opens on iPhone after most recent update. Phone restart does not fix the issue. Pretty frustrating to say the least and doesn’t lend much confidence to make this app your daily driver for storage of important docs, files or photos. Hope this bug is addressed soon.

    My only complaint is the app icon doesn’t show the current date on the calendar. Just shows a permanent “31” is there plan to add it to a future update? It would make this calendar my default if it showed the date!

    Not useful for photos. Lacks search within photos and sorting. Slow to load and upload/encrypt.

  • Worked until endless crashing

    Seriously? I paid all this money for a year premium for all services thinking this is better than Microsoft and after working ok and taking forever to work on 65k photos to backup, it was down to the last 1k and started over ? Meaning I had all the photos just the count reset and then it stopped working before last weeks update. Just starts, shows 3 weeks ago photos, says loading and crashes out. Restarting phone, app, clearing cache does nothing. iPhone 13 Pro Max 1 tb. With 500gb free so it’s not my memory. At least its encrypted although I can’t even load to view since it just quits out.
