    I had been doing workouts off of Ladder without paying for a membership for months and finally caved during their Black Friday Sale. I will say that, although I didn’t expect much different, the membership version DEFINITELY made a difference in my workout intensity. I was also pleasantly surprised that the coaches and other Ladder members are so involved in the Ladder community. I used to meticulously plan out my gym workouts and Ladder has freed up a lot of time that I used to spend doing that. I seriously cannot recommend it enough. If you’re hesitant, please give it a shot.

    Every time I workout the watch app crashes my watch and I get zero data. I have to delete it and reinstall it every time. Why can’t you just make the app connect to Apple health like every other app. You have a great app with great coaches, but your tech team is killing you!!

    I absolutely love this app. It is exactly what I need - a schedule and list of workouts to do with the additional features of logging weight and chat. It's perfect for people like me that "know how to exercise" but need more structure, encouragement and flexibility. I could gush on and on. After years of using books, You Tubing, hiring an actual trainer and group classes at the gym, when I tried this app I just knew this was it. Immediately bought the annual membership. I do pair this app with cardio work at the gym. I feel like I am making healthy choices for my body and life. Love the energy that the trainers bring. And the swap feature on this app is fantastic!!

    I’ve been lifting for 20+ years and the variety provided in this program is incredible. Progressive overload, variety, tracking of weights, modification options based on your equipment, etc. make this a must have workout app. I’ve never paid for exercise before, but this is the easiest $15/month no brainer. I’ve exercised every day since 12/31 due to the accountability.

    This app is amazing and takes out the guesswork. With a dedicated coach who interacts with the team and plans the workouts for each week, I truly look forward to my workout each day. I’m on week 4 and getting stronger with each session. Recent updates for the user to opt for modifications for certain exercises was a game changer and a HUGE plus!! Ladder ROCKS! Team Limitless all day!

    I have a home gym in my garage and live in Virginia. Due to the cold, I can’t really access my home gym but this app more than makes up for that. I love the community and the different workouts. The coaches encourage you to keep going and it makes you want to work out every day. Especially with the short and straight to the point workouts, I recommend this app to anyone.

    This app is so convenient and worth giving a try. I have tried many apps and they have not worked for me but I would definitely recommend this app to everyone. You get to pick your trainer and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
