    I paid for the full year, the program kicked me and I just started paying month to month, so I’m Paying Twice. I have a message out to the developer with no response in over 2 weeks. The video editing capabilities are awesome but the customer service is none existent

    I honestly used to love this app. I had so many projects on it and I just genuinely enjoyed it then I went back in and for some reason I couldn’t look at the templates that’s fine. I’ll look up what to do and I did a bunch of the hacks on trying to fix it because apparently my Wi-Fi wasn’t connected when my Wi-Fi was on and the router was working, so I tried deleting the app which got rid of all my projects and I went back in and still didn’t work. I even tried making space on my phone and that didn’t work either. I don’t know what to do and I really used to love this app and it won’t let me sign in either. It’s really annoying and there’s no solution at least that I can find
