When I swipe left or right entire components move even if there is a component inside of the container component such as a series of images that I am trying to move. This makes it very hard to use. I gave up trying to order a peeler today.

Constantly bombarded by free shipping emails and free shipping banners while I’m on the app. Free shipping on each items page free shipping at checkout but as soon as I put in my address, the shipping charges at least $22 for even the smallest item. Stop soliciting free shipping when it’s not free.

Website is Not a good source for many items because the images don’t enlarge which means it’s impossible to see details of design or texture. But it does work for standard items that aren’t detailed or are already familiar to you

The app freezes up all of the time or even closes on itself. I love the registry features and how it’s organized.

A little expensive, but very, very good!

This program needs some serious improvement. It’s difficult to find where Rewards are on the app or site. Store personnel claim they can’t find our account information in their system… Why not?? I don’t have that problem at Costco. Once found, Rewards numbers can’t be cut and pasted. It seems like they’ve made the process of redeeming cumbersome, as if they don’t want us to use them. Also, there’s no transparency on how Rewards were generated… As in, 5% of what? 2% of what? Show us how you calculated the Rewards! Make Rewards rewarding instead of challenging, OK?

The Recipe Section has been broken since you merged it with the shopping app. Either you are incompetent or you don’t care.

I trust Williams Sonoma for carrying the best quality cooking and dining merchandise. Plus the best variety. For those who cook and serve daily, it’s better to have tools that last for years not weeks.

I am so happy with both the ease and the features and perks available through the app. Not only can I find anything I need related to home and kitchen goods, but I can also enjoy features like cooking classes. I’m very excited to use my membership this upcoming year!
