  • Huge bug fixes Needed

    The app has several issues when it comes to logging in to the application. It seems as if when your phone is on the elevator or not connected to wifi it causes the application to automatically try to log you in. Yesterday it tried logging me in 34 times in two minutes locking my account which prevented me from accessing my account to unlock my door. This bug needs to be fixed immediately. Tenants don’t have time to wait and go through the hassle of resetting their password and waiting for a 30 minute lockout period each time this happens.

    Once the marvelous management team at Link Manchester apartments showed me how to set up the account properly and then walked me through the process once, I was sure it was correct. From that point forward, paying rent is the easiest bill to pay! I’m grateful.

    Attentive management, modern appliances/design, but still under construction. Some normal growing pains being the first generation of tenants in a new complex, but will be an awesome spot once everything is up and running (gym, pool, etc.) Cute girl in the leasing office should call me sometime 👀
