The app has been not opening, it will show loading screen then force close. Has been doing that for a bout a week. I updated the app, deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing has fixed the problem.

Why do you have to pay to rent content of you already pay to use the app. Seems stupid. Not a lot of content for how expensive it is.

When I try to get ten cent programming on my Tv the program (on my app) goes black and I get an option bar with forward 15 sec , back 15 sec etc. I can mirror on every other streaming app. Even installed 3 rd party mirroring apps , doesn’t work.

I purchased a yearly VIP membership which is quite expensive. After a short time I was no longer able to log in. I have literally tried everything. I have asked for help in the feedback form, no reply. I emailed WEtv directly, no reply. This is not ok and Apple should stop selling these memberships.

I wasn’t really having any issues with this app until about three weeks ago. I can no longer screen mirror from my iPad to my Roku device. There’s sound but no video. I submitted a ticket to support at that time and never heard back and it hasn’t been fixed. The only way it’ll work is if I download the episodes first. It’s very frustrating. I really wish the app was available through the store on Roku so I could watch it on a bigger screen. Because of this, I don’t use the app often though I pay for a monthly subscription. Please fix this!

I just started a movie series and I get this screen that says "Join VIP" and I tried everything to get rid of it but now I can't watch my series because of the app trying to get me to be a VIP member. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

The app is great and Before I could cast to my tv without any issue but now, it’ll let me cast but the screen is always dark and will play audio but not the video. It’s really upsetting because I can’t even enjoy Chuang Asia season2

I'm sad because there are no Arabic translations.

I brought one time purchase for 1 year vip but ads still shown when I pause the video. One more thing if you want the newest ep you should just search for it on Google, pirate site will give latest ep.
