I need a refund

I have been with hinovel for a long time. Although promotions are not constant but I it’s my favorite writing app. Most of my books didn’t earn cos of lack of promotions. But I have a bestselling book all thanks to hinovel. I never imagined my book will be translated into different languages. I love hinovel. Please promote books.

Sure the app lets you earn lots of bonus, but they expire and you can’t build any up to get a decent amount of reading in, therefore you either need to spend money….. a lot of money… to read the book or watch a ton of videos to read a single chapter. Not worth the time or money, which is sad because the authors or decent, but not worth $150.00-$300.00 a book. Not to mention that many stories are not complete so you are halfway through and have to wait another week-month to finish as your bonus points expire.

When you start reading after you get so many chapters in they want you to start spending money to continue the novel

Very easy to use and navigate

Very good but over bought coins 3 times and still haven’t finished a book and i almost want to give up on trying to finish it. Good but should make it where we can at least finish a book with 30 dollars worth of coins or maybe even two books. Thats a lot of money.

This is a great app. There’s lots of different genres and easily find what genre you want.
