    TL;DR Don’t trust AT&T to keep your photos safe. They deleted mine without notice and will do the same to you. I’ve been an AT&T customer for about 9yrs now. About 2 years ago I discover this cloud service and used it to save my live photos. I had an issue a few months ago where AT&T had my account under cloud cancellation even though I been paying my bill on time. I had to call customer service to get this rectified Fast forward to today and I discovered they deleted all my photos. Luckily I have my live photos saved on my old iPhone. But I’m completely done with AT&T I will be switching my service.

    100gb storage?? Where? Open the app and sign in and just takes me to my account page. Click the “Access from the app on your phone or click here” I’m in the app, if I do click “click here” takes me to the App Store to download the app I’m literally in. Am I missing something?

    I have two separate lines,with two different id’s. The app can’t differentiate between the two. So my oldest account that has the most saved data can not log in. Att could not resolve it and have not contacted me after they said they would look into it.

    This is a useful app for clearing up storage - I trust it more than any free app or far worse google “do no evil - doesn’t mean - don’t be evil”(can you name 8000 data points on yourself?). Why it doesn’t get 4 stars is they keep: Contact Info— (fine) Contacts— (why is this needed?) User Content — (copies of pics) Identifiers — (info pics save like time,location, etc —- why?) Usage Data (maybe can say for important— but, generally can chose which info you share if they aren’t scraping it

    The app logs me out and every time I try to log in it says my password is wrong which it isn’t. Please fix this issue

    It was decent at first. Not great, but decent. Now I am unable to sign in. When I attempt to it just takes me to my prepaid account. Really not even sure how that’s possible. When you try to recover a lost password or user name you’re unable to because it’s not properly formatted for phones. You try to scroll over to hit submit but no dice. It’s laughable at how a company as big as att could manage to produce such an unfriendly user interface.
