The energy and stress levels are backwards and still not completely right. Not worth $7/week!
  • Lens Protector? Forget it.

Two stars because, although the info you get from your readings is thorough and easy to understand, if you have a lens protector on your camera then don’t bother. I was able to get two readings and the rest of the time was spent trying to reposition or press harder or not so hard or whatever to get a reading to no avail. I understand that a lens protector is a barrier but I had hope after the two readings I was able to get but just fussing with it trying to get it to work raised my heart rate, my anxiety and stress. Kinda counterproductive.

So they’re supposed to have a free trial, that I wanted to sign up for. I put my information in and…bam…they took a year’s subscription out of my bank. Don’t fall for the “free trial.” They’ll scam you out of more than $40.

It doesn’t do enough to warrant 699 a week.

I thought I would check this app out because I saw an add that touted its ability to see your energy, stress and heart rate levels. When I saw it had a free trial I thought I’d give it a shot. Well somewhere between choosing the plan I wanted which was the yearly one and confirming my payment method, they actually charged me for it and never let me have the alleged free trial. Seriously? Now I’m waiting to hear back from my second attempt at communication with them, so I guess they’re hoping that I just give up so they can keep my $39.99 + tax. So scummy for a company to say they’re wanting to help you with your health but just really make your life more stressful by taking financial advantage of you. Maybe I should’ve better checked their reviews before I fell for this bait and switch they’ve pulled.
