The app keeps resetting

I’ve updated my garden with each plant information over 3 times because it keeps resetting after time. I have to start all over again each time and it’s annoying

This might me on my end, bit when I download this app, it was free. But when I went on, it said I needed to pay!? Again, might be on my end, but deleted this app.

This app has continuously charged me even though I have cancelled my subscription and refuses refunds! DONT USE unless you genuinely plan on keeping the app forever! :)

Update: Been using this app for a year, now have lost all my data and will not be restoring with this app. Cancelled my subscription but with only AI support there is no way to get a refund. The first reason for the low score was also one too many cliches I have encountered. To many times the health determination is ‘over water or under watered’ I already know that, but for the app to not determine which is useless. Also too many ‘opposie we have encountered a problem’ Wonderful for a watering schedule because I have a small jungle in my apartment. There are also cliches with the fertilizer scheduled such as I state 1 month and it gives me an insane status of 165 days???? Now to top this off after I subscribed a year ago, instead of rolling over to the same amount they want to ‘roll’ it over at twice the amount. I have probably a hundred plants and will be transferring information, schedules, and care to a different application I have already started the cancellation of this one.

This App was absolutely great for identifying and caring for plants until it was not. I have not been able to open the app for a few days now and I am really disappointed in it. But when it works it really works and is very handy when garden advise is needed. Hope it is fixed soon.

They have a $99/yr plan which seems more more fairly priced but I absolutely do not get the $7.99/week. That would be $415 a year! Is this a mistake? I understand that lesser termed subscriptions are priced higher but this app is far from being with $7.99 every week.

Your app isn’t consistent with watering. If I water a plant sooner it doesn’t calculate that watering for the next time. And your price increase from 19.99 to 69.99 a year is crazy and not worth it. I’ve used this app for years and this is disappointing. Sometimes it doesn’t even calculate my plants right or keep their calculations as far as water, pot size, etc. I’ll be finding another app to use sadly.
Hard to get customer service info

I’m trying to research this app and can’t find a way to get in touch with the developer or any customer service help. I have over 800 plants and want to know if this app will handle that inventory. Others have said yes and the app lags and jumps etc due to the inventory count.

I’ve had this app for years and paid $12 per year. A price hike to $100 is unacceptable. And the fact that I lost access to all my plant data overnight unless I subscribe is also unacceptable. I’ll take my money elsewhere. This app isn’t providing nearly enough services to justify this price hike.
