    I was automatically charged for a years purchase with no subscription showing under my apps to cancel and nothing to notify me of the charge. I am disputing but please do yourself a favor and just don’t.

    I downloaded this to cut back on the beer I was drinking. The app has helped with that and has me on an incredible journey to understand the root cause - my depression and anxiety. 10 stars!!!

    Coming back here to find that my previous review was deleted. I come back every time they try to recharge my card, which I had to cancel because they wouldn't quit. I used it for one day back in August only to realize that there's nothing helpful on there. You can find all of the same videos and there's actually apps you can download for free. But they will sure keep you're card on file and keep trying to charge you LONG after you cancel the 'free trial'

    I tried canceling 2 days before the “free trial” was over and they are still trying to charge me $59!! Trying to find out how to contact someone to help has been difficult as well!

    Do not get this app stick with the I am sober app this app keeps charging you $120 as much as it can I’ve deleted account cancelled subscription and they continue to charge me with no phone number or contact support to get in reach with save your money it’s been such a horrible Experience has me drinking alot more then I should

    i have used reframe for years, but recently needed to cancel for financial reasons. i cancelled through the apple store prior to the renewal date. they still charged me $119.99. i reached out four times to request a refund. they told me to cancel the subscription in the apple store, which i had already done. they told me to request a refund through apple, but the charge did not appear in the apple store for me to request the refund. instead, they charged me through the app (merchant). i have reached out four times showing that i did cancel prior to the renewal date. they did not respond after the second request. i had to file a dispute against the charge with my bank per apple’s advice. reframe continues to give me the run around like many apps do.
