    When I purchased the door bell I thought it would record all day. This doorbell only records for 10 seconds per interval. It doesn’t alert me that someone is at door. I’m not aware when a person pulls in yard or when they leave. I’m not satisfied at all with this purchase.

    Now communicating with them is a pain in the stomach I pay their subscription and it does no automatically give access you have to chat with them send a screenshot I pay September and still have no access now in November, same happens last year this is my second year and I don’t really like that back and forth other that than witch is a big issues the camera works fine decent night time resolution no clear zoom in but is fine for the price

    This company is terrible to work with. They design their camera to be a Bait and switch on Amazon. They give you eight hours to decide on a plan. They tell you to request a refund so that you can get a different plan. The plan isn’t eligible for a refund through Apple. Even if it isn’t working for you. Zero customer service. Stay away.

    Do not purchase this product unless you want a completely unreliable product and an even less reliable response from the customer service department of this company from the start the reset button has never worked on my device the device turn itself on and off whenever it feels like after reaching out to the completely useless customer support team. I was told I would receive a new device, that was about two months ago after having to explain to them that the reset button never worked so there was no way for me to be able to actually restart the device so here I am three months into still not having any resolution and going in circles having the same exact chat conversations with what I can only imagine to be a complete idiot who apparently has amnesia and keeps telling me to press the reset button to reset my device

    This doorbell deserves no stars. My car was stolen this morning and the camera picked up nothing I put it on high motion so it’ll pick up everything and it didn’t pick up my car that was parked right in front of the doorbell being stolen. To Say the least I will be replacing this camera, and I would not recommend this to anyone.

    I had a few bumps in the road, and customer service is not responsive, but the camera and app are working very well, and I’ve figured out how to smooth out the bumps in the road. The app works well and is sufficient for my needs.

    Listen, I'm using the iOS app on Mac OS, and it says it may not work, fine... But, up until this last update, Ver 3.1.3 everything worked ... ok. It's janky, but it worked. After the update the audio doesn't work. I wish these companies would just acknowledge that desktop computers still exist alongside mobile devices and make apps supporting them. Like, not everyone can run their entire life from a phone man. Can't abide.
