Ever since developer designed this traveling feature from inside mansion to outside, the game crashes every time the traveling takes place. Now I can’t even play since it requires traveling as soon as I open the game. Disappointed since I just spent some $$ to buy a package.

I love this game and have played it for years including spending my money on gameplay. I have strategies, secrets, and get really into it. But as this game got more popular it’s started to feel like a sneaky money grab. I played the last round of the investigation game getting clue folders for SIXTY THREE DAYS and could not win it even though I had 80/81 clues. After a certain point every card I got was a duplicate and when I traded stars for new folders I still got duplicate clues. Now a new round is starting and it needs 117 clues and I feel like it’ll be even harder. I’ve already spent thousands on this game over the years but now it seems like you can only win when you keep spending. It might be time for me to retire the app or skip the extra side games all together. It’s so disappointing.

Was fun until the latest update. Emailed support several times. Received ‘cookie cutter’ response indicating it’s a customer device issue. WRONG!!! NO endpoint issues. Problem on developer/server end. EASY fix… ROLL back update test/troubleshoot, then re-release. I guess losing users, money and reputation is in their business plan! Please STOP making excuses and resolve YOUR issue!!! Unable to use the items purchased. Feel robbed.

This game is just like the adds you get and it’s so much fun. I love to merge and it helps with anxiety. I also love how it gets me out of the real world mentally. One suggestion is that no piggy bank because I just want the gems but u have to pay to get them but yes play the game give it a chance. But this is just my opinion and it might be different for you. I 110% recommend 🌊🐚🫐💿

I have been playing for years and now you have to play for days on one item a saw to get wood and after days and days of playing you only get a few wood planks and start over it is so frustrating and it made me so angry about how much I have enjoyed this game and now when I play I just get mad it’s starting to feel like a pay to play very disappointing

This game is basically a scam and works very, very hard to manipulate you into spending money but never delivers. Terrible game.

So in the beginning i’d like to say, that this is one of my favorite games and I enjoy so much. But there’s only one problem, I can’t play it in Russia without using vpn, and this really makes me sad. Dear developers, if it’s within your power, please fix it. I really love your game and i want to keep enjoying it

It’s very fun to play but when the board gets full it can be boring

Why are you guys not allowing people to finish the case but every time you give us a mystery card to unlock one it’s the same cards that we already have. I feel like it’s trying to push us to buy more stuff to even unlock it, which is unfair. Cause every time I get those things I get the same cards over and over.
