I like the game so much, it’s actually fun and it’s makes you want to play it more to find out what the secret is. When you’re done finding the secret you will also have a cool mansion. I’m still playing thought and trying to find out what grandma is hiding!

The game is fun to play but have noticed that when we go to merge the items it take two energy at one time but only give you one back at a time when you run out.

Ever since the last update this game crashes constantly. I put a lot of time into this game and now it is basically unplayable.

I have been playing this game for years. I have enjoyed it, but I just logged into the game and my level 9 toy car that I worked forever to achieve is just GONE from my board! Now I don’t have anything to make the lanterns I was working on. I had several lantern parts also on the board. They are just gone too. So frustrated.

On 06/26/25 I attempted to trade my Lamp and Sconce level 8 for Bolt Cutters , the game took my Lamp and Sconce but didn’t give me the bolt cutters.

This game is so flooded with optional side quests (to get you to spend money) that it feels like whack-a-mole as you constantly have to close pop-up windows to get back to the main game. Like browsers before pop-up blockers.

My new version won’t stay running. For real I’ve spent more time being kicked off the app!!!!! Then It loads then kicks me off as soon as I try to touch any icon. Attention is needed promptly thank you!!! Come on I’ve tried log on for several days this is stupid and ridiculous and how can we participate in in game mini puzzles and games if the app won’t run? FIX IT NOW!!!!

Just like others, can’t open game, CANNOT CONTACT SUPPORT THROUGH GAME IF I CAN’t open it.

love the game but as of the new release i couldn’t even get in. loads then instantly kicks me out. i did a tom of clean up on my ipad, opened a ton of storage then started working again. a few days later, it’s doing the same thing. i think i’m trying way to hard to play a game that glitches often
