Dumbest app ever. Ask us a bunch of invasive questions then offers the most remedial elementary school level information dragged out with a lot of unnecessary verbose verbiage then cuts off your lesson until the next day. I will never make the mistake of using another Google app again.

I find it so frustrating when it seems these apps are free but only after getting you to sign up and answer questions do they start cracking your wallet open. Advertise your fees upfront

Imprint is a remedy to non-beneficial scrolling. I discovered it on an add where it was being recommended as one of the best visual learning tools. Since then, I have maintained a daily streak of 20+ days EFFORTLESSLY. It is indeed delightful to learn through Imprint. Moreover, they have an experienced team that can deal with your issues in the meantime.

I’ve been using the app for three months. Many of the things I’ve covered so far are things I’ve been exposed to already. (My choice.) I find that the short approach to some topics have helped me retain key concepts. Building a new habit is the hardest thing to do, so I am told. I have a few habits that seem to have started right off the bat. I will say; the good and healthy habits do seem to be hard to start and maintain. That’s where I see one of the greatest benefits of this app. It pairs with our desire to create positive change by giving us the option to be held accountable to as little as 2 minutes a day. You can grow from there once the daily commitment becomes a habit, I did. Whatever your challenge or weakness is - there is a course here that can help you grow (if you let it). I have made growth in a few areas, IMPRINT has been one of the helpful tools I’ve used. One area I have improved is in separating my business and personal life. One step here was to get a personal phone. Business phone, private life phone. This was a couple weeks ago. As I made the transition I slowly moved apps that were personal. I had a challenge moving IMPRINT to my private device. I said I’ll figure it out later. Which brings me to this: We are NOT our devices. We are not our phones. If you disagree- try a little experiment: delete and turn off your phone’s cloud backup. Then manufacturer reset your device. See what starting over feels like. Find out “who” your bank thinks you are. Is you - you? Or is you a passkey code? Starbucks, seven brews, Amazon, Netflix …. Disney … who do those entities think you is? I found out who IMPRINT thinks I am. To imprint I is a string of zeros and ones created by my phone’s Apple ID. I can not move my account to a different device. (Don’t delete your cloud backup unless you want to spend 40 years in the wilderness.) IMPRINT is a powerful tool. It can become an addiction, a healthy addiction but an addiction none the less. Unless, IMPRINT thinks you is your phone.

I decided to try the trial period for this app. After a couple days, I lost interest because the content wasn’t what I wanted. Some of the “courses” on topics I like were so basic, it was remedial for me and really boring. I also wasn’t a fan of the design. It’s supposed to feel like a game, but you’re just tapping the screen to read more text. Yawn!! Worst thing about the company is that they fail to warn you when the trial period is ending, so I just paid over $100 for an app I’m not using. Ridiculous!

This app is very simple, very aesthetic and covers some very good material. I’ve enjoyed the robust pool of information that challenges my own thinking. However, I don’t believe it’s wise to dissent Kendi X Ibrahim’s agenda to pre-adolescent minds. Fair enough that he has a space and his views should be expressed and considered, but that should be left to discerning adults who know how to think critically as opposed to indoctrinating children to see the world through a lens that categorizes everything as racist or antiracist. It’s highly inappropriate. It robs them of their innocence and programs them to conceptually inhabit a racist world, of which, they are being told they are inherent victims or victimizers. Both options are demoralizing and the world is not that simple.

Was super excited to try this out, but as soon as you start up for a lesson they hit you with a paywall. They say they offer a free one week trial but you have to “purchase” before hand which is odd but I know other apps do the same thing. What really confused me though was that the App Store says nothing about in-app purchases? Idk, I got my hopes up but it’s whatever. I’ll just figure out my own little lessons to teach myself because it honestly sounds like a good idea and I need something to get my brain going lol, and for anyone who is wanting to do something similar, YouTube has a WHOLE bunch of creators that make educational content outside of high school basics
  • Needs more content- I regret it.

Cannot redo a course already taken from scratch since the previous answers cannot be erased. Even uninstalling the app and reinstalling does not work. It touches on a fair number of topics but they need much more content in the areas I am interested in.
  • Presents atheistic opinions as facts

Had to cancel because it was (subtly) teaching questionable moral approaches as facts while (so far) ignoring the western canon on moral and ethical principles such as judeo Christian values

I hate finishing a lesson and proceeding to click through 5-6 screens to get to the next one. The animations and extra clicks need to be done away with. Also I’m already buying the yearly membership, I don’t need the daily email. Please stop making me click extra buttons.
