Great app and amazing tech team.

I’ve had this app a few years and recently, it decided to stop syncing to the tap.gov website. I’ve paid the life long premium and still can get this to work properly. Have reached out to support and can’t get a reply. Extremely annoyed.

Used to be a fantastic app when I first got it a number of years ago. Unfortunately, since November 2024, it no longer accurately tracks year to date information. I have tried deleting my account on two different devices multiple times, and do daily syncs with TSP To try and get accurate information, but nothing works. before I do my daily sync, it could be off by as much as 2% of the year to date data. So the question I have is what use is the app if I have to go to my TSP account to get accurate information.

I use this app all the time to stay up to date on my progress. Works great and is secure. Excellent work!

Daily TSP is not only an incredible app for tracking your TSP but the devs are incredibly responsive to any questions you may have with their app.

I use this app daily but now I have to close it and restart it so that it'll update to the latest data. Please fix this. I'll come back and give it five stars because I love it.

Daily TSP is one of my favorite apps in the App Store. Comparing this to the TSP website this has much more information and allows you to do so much more than the actual TSP website. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I’ve never had trouble. The customer support is also very easy to deal with and will address your concerns in a very timely manner.

Good app but something happened in the most recent update on the App and website that you cannot login and verify authentication via email. It only offers via SMS authentication. There used to be a dropdown to switch it to email authentication.

Update: The developer issued a revised version the next day that fixed the issue. The response to my comment they sent by email was disconnected from the facts, stating they did not understand my comment and had recieved no other complaints. Given that my friends using the same app had the same issues (losing account data every time the app was closed), and the company issued an update to fix the bug before I recieved their response, it was definitely not an “isolated incident” as their email stated. Makes me think their customer review staff are not aware of what their technical staff are doing. Still, it’s a good app. First problem I’ve had in years, and resolved quickly. Original post: I have been very happy with this product for years, but the update on 8/21/2024 does not retain my data. Having to repeatedly do linked updates.
