This app itself is not terrible but heaven forbid you need customer service. I’ve been locked out of my account for 4 days for absolutely no reason, I’ve sent a couple emails for assistance and all I get is the automated response that someone will be in contact to resolve my issue shortly. This is the second time this has happened. The first time NO ONE did anything to fix the issue so I created a whole new account. I’m def not happy about his happening again and this time I won’t create a new account I’ll just move to another app that cares to help solve technical issues. Update: yet again I’ve been locked out for absolutely no reason and this app refuses to help anyone resolve issues in less than 7-10. The lack of assistance and no response to resolve issues is absolutely shocking. Seriously the app should do way better to help its members.

After some initial banning errors, the app has been functioning fairly well. The experience is based on the user.

Different , I’d recommend

Edit: the developer responded with an equally lame boiler plate statement. “…all basic features…” doesn’t include messaging matches for this app. This is the only dating app I’ve used that will not let you message your matches without paying. I understand these apps generate revenue through thirsty guys paying to see a selection of “liked you” or for other features that make success more likely; but letting you see a match but not message them is just rude and an obvious cash grab. Also to message some users, you have to upgrade (pay for) your account; this is for users found via search- not even matches. It’s just insulting how cash grabbing this app is. Due to this behavior I have no reason to believe these users or matches I’d pay to message are even real. This app has no real reputation and has not earned my trust to pay for features that are available for free on other platforms.

This app gives you fake likes so that you can be tempted to purchase membership. But once in the likes disappear
