  • New app getting better but

    Sick of being in the middle of a live show but when they finish, it kicks you out while they ostensibly process the show. Again, I’m a software engineer with a lot of experience in streaming and I imagine I know the issue, but this is a solved problem.

  • Why do updates ruin everything.

    This latest update has a lot of good things: easily switch from audio to video in a podcast, saves your place when you close and reopen the app, more controls in general. The bad things: it doesn’t save my 1.25x speed preference 🙄, I have way too many clicks just to watch the morning wire which is what I primarily listen to, I wish it had a way to save favorites so I could open the app and just click the morning wire podcast, I want a list view of all the episodes not these blocks that I have to swipe right on.

    The new update will not work I can’t get it to download let me know if you’re going to fix this problem soon it’s been almost 2 weeks now do I get a refund on theSubscription if you can’t get it to work And it won’t let me on to cancel my subscription

  • Love the content, Glitches are annoying

    Can’t say enough great things about the content for the money. It’s excellent. You gotta work on the app though. When I’m watching a podcast while the content is live and want to watch from the beginning it’s fine until the live show ends. At that point the video either reverts to the beginning and I have to find my place or it malfunctions and I have to close the app completely and get back in, select the video I want to continue and find my place again. It’s not a deal breaker but it would be nice if this didn’t happen.

    Yesterday the comments started acting funky. Normally when someone responds to one of my comments, I click on it, and the App will automatically scroll to it so I can read and answer to it. Now that function has stopped working. What’s the problem now? For MONTHS last year, I had NO commenting capabilities. What’s up techs?? Please fix this issue!! Thank you

    Using various internet options - 5g, regular internet, and gigspeed. All say “You have lost internet coverage” while reading; about every 5 to 8 minutes, and my reading disappears. My app is up to date.

    After having the DW+ app for 4 months, I wanted to give my head nod on the install and purchase. The amount of money I paid, to the amount of content I have access to, is 100% worth it. I would refer anybody to purchase the subscription.

  • Can’t use app

    Won’t work on older, perfectly fine iPhones. You can place DW on your home page, but not nearly as good as the app. *sigh*.

  • Upgrade caused my app to not work

    My app says it needs an upgrade to 2.0 and only allows me to click Update which takes me to AppStore which just tries to open the app which then takes me to AppStore again to open the app - a vicious cycle, so basically I am paying for a frustration… been going on for a while but thought I’d maybe mention once before I cancel.
