    I used to recommend this app to everyone, and I used it daily to manage my anxiety and panic disorder in some of my worst days. Like most things, it works if you let it and depending on your willingness to commit to practicing what you learn and tuning in regularly. I don’t like that there are not frequent updates on topics - the same content I watched 2 years ago is still what’s offered). There’s an extremely limited extent to the “courses” - after a few months you’ve basically done everything there is to do here. I also truly cannot get past the new look that they went with. It is unsettling and actually confusing in terms of navigating to the content I would like to consume within the app. If I had to base it on the cons alone, I’d only give it 2 stars - hence why I no longer use it myself - but I hope they continue to develop it to be more helpful and not just showy, because the content really is so helpful.

    I have been using this app for about 2 weeks and have felt generally more mindful and at ease. This app has a lot of impressive insights. Be honest in your journey and you get some actual useable feedback from an AI. I enjoy the calming music and virtual coaching as well.

    I tried to cancel but the app kept glitching and wouldn’t allow me too. It charged me and when I tried to get a refund it wouldn’t allow me too. I contacted customer service and have still heard nothing back.

    I love this app! I was asked for a class assignment to download a mental health app and use it for a week and submit my review of it and I will say after trying this app I’ll be continuing it’s use afterwards. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most effective methods of therapy when it comes to anxiety disorders which is what I have and having the ability to practice cognitive challenging of my own thoughts without seeing my therapist was very helpful and I’m sure I’d very helpful for those who can’t afford traditional forms of therapy

    I gave their customer service every opportunity to help me and now I’m just upset so I’m leaving a somewhat petty, not so nice review. I requested a refund and was denied. The person I was communicating with was slow to respond to emails and has now dropped off the face of the earth apparently. A subscription was gifted to me last year. I signed up for the account and downloaded the app and didn’t really use it. Even forgot I had it until it came time for the renewal. I emailed a day or two after it renewed and requested a cancellation and refund and apparently, they just can’t be bothered to help someone who isn’t interested in their apps. Download at your own risk. Pay attention to renewal dates and definitely don’t allow anyone to gift this to you because it won’t show up in your Apple account and it’ll be awful to ever cancel. Horrible customer service. I cannot express that enough.

    The app started getting buggy, losing records & entries while also resetting streaks at whim… I reported it numerous times among other concerns. Nothing was ever fixed, and you’re lucky to get a reply from customer service (I’ve been waiting since July, so cancelled my subscription). I could expect that from a free app, but not a paid one allegedly promoting good mental health…

    While the content may be good the sessions have slides in them that are very bright white. This is not ideal for when you are trying to relax while doing the sessions before bed. It would have also been nice to see the content before having to pay. I was unable to see what I was signing up for without paying the weekly price.
