Doesn’t identify if edible

Very interesting and effective application. I’m sure it’s worth every cent as it seems like a massive undertaking. Unfortunately probably won’t pay for the application after the free trial. I’m still stuck in the 1960’s when $5 dollars was a lot of money and unless I start actually looking for edible mushrooms I will likely rarely use it. Otherwise I would highly recommend it. My wife still wouldn’t let me cook or feed any mushrooms to any one on the presumption it could be wrong which of course I wouldn’t know. And there is the disclaimer calling into question the veracity of the results.

I love this app! While I wouldn’t use it by itself, it helps me identify mushrooms in conjunction with my field guide. It’s easy to use, and I’ve found it to be astonishingly accurate.

Not even. Gills are pure black not pink. Top does not round over making a border on the bottom.

Anyone who regularly photographs fungi should purchase this app. It has the most accuracy but you do need to use clear photos and submit top and bottom of fungi if it has a bottom side. It’s been well worth it and I like to see My History of what I’ve taken. I’ve also enjoyed learning about ones that I’ve captured.

It’s been dead on with a lot of mushrooms I’ve sampled. Even one I new👍

I love finding mushrooms! Picture Mushroom is great at identifying them and providing information about each one. I’ve even found some fun edible shrooms like Jelly Ear! Love this app!
