Was tired of how lazy the brick and mortar companies did not want to do the hard work. H&_ block can go stuff it. Thank you to Keeper with over the top services. Comprehensive monitoring of everything.

I’ve only been using the app for a few days with a brand new budding business. First off, the installation was flawless and so simple. Second, setting up my bank account AND credit card (which I use most of the time for the points) was insanely easy. Third, going through and determining which are tax deductible was very easy as well. The app even helped me determine which percentage of my phone and car I use for business. And it does all the math! The YouTube videos they have to help clarify certain things like travel and gifted merchandise from sponsors is a huge help! I was recommended this app and I thought it was going to be $40/month. I was pleasantly surprised at $20/month or a one time fee that equals out to $16/month! I will try to remember to update as I use it more, but so far, I’m VERY impressed with the ease of set up and the cost. UPDATE: Still have not found a problem with this app! I’m getting ready to file my taxes and the only *possible* issue is that I have an “Armed Forces” address that is not listed. I live overseas and when I asked the virtual assistant they responded that I may not be able to directly file through the app, BUT if I can’t, they will still help me compile all of the info I can then transfer to a tax filing service! Every time I’ve texted a customer service person, the response has been instantaneous. Today they are saying a 3 hour wait time. Probably because of time zones and well tax season. But still love the app and still use it regularly. UPDATE: they were able to do it!!! An extension was filed for me automatically! Took a few days for a person to review the taxes and make sure they were good. Then I literally hit a button and…DONE! The most stress free tax filing I’ve ever had.

I’ve used Keeper for the two years. It’s simple and accurate. I can do it all on my phone or on the computer. Whatever I choose it’s all easy with keeper. Have questions, they’ll answer you quickly.

I downloaded this app to keep track of my business spending and write offs and it has made my life SO MUCH EASIER…. I can’t even explain how much better it’s been. I was paying an accountant $600+ a year and staying so confused with reciepts, paperwork, questions… I was about to pull my hair out! Then I found the KEEPER APP, and WOW!! If you have a small business- use this app- connect your business account to to it and that’s it- that’s all you have to do (every time I get a new write off they text me and double check if it’s a business expense) until tax time- by the way-tax filing is free!

Excellent & helpful for finding deduction. Very helpful couldn’t have found a better tax preparer. The tax university is amazing . Your tax preparer that your assigned to they help you in finding the right deductions . I ve been keepers over three years now. Just wish I had found them years ago Their great! I give them a 200% +

Giving an honest review My experience was a 3 out of 5. I went with the premium plan to have an expert go over my taxes. With a small business. I usually went with someone in person but I went with keeper due their excellent platform for business right off. What went well was the communication and the turn around on getting my taxes done with 24 hours with probably the highest refund I’ve received. However the official website kept crashing and me needing to refresh. The premium plan wouldn’t allow me to put my wife w2s in as well. I was told the premium plan would allow me to do this that’s what I paid the extra $388. My wife had to use turbo tax because I didn’t get a clear answer on why I couldn’t I just put all my w2s in. The premium plan is worth it however there should be an option on rather to pay monthly or large amount. Last the communication needed to be through email however effective keeper should provide your personal tax flier person info to be reachable via email,l or text. I didn’t know who to talk to so I used the website help desk to which I was referred to using email due to me being a premium member which almost made me certainly worried. Most of the time I use face to face maybe there is an option to add that portion on an update in the future Overall 3 out of 5 👍🏽
