    The process was easy, although I had a little hiccup here and there because I didn’t understand the process. At the initial stage I had problems uploading some of my forms. But the AI asked me to email them instead and that was what did it for me. After that it was smooth sailing. Thanks Keeper Tax.

    This app makes it easier for Tattoo Artist and content creators. It’s so much easier to keep everything tracked through out our busy schedules Keeper makes it easier keeping track of all of our purchases. You can keep track of your own spending of course but Keeper makes it that much easier separating your business expenses. I am going to have a S.corp and business bank account to help myself further. But overall this app is worth every penny. It’s way less stressful your very own CPA a literal personal tax assistant. Love it. A few kinks like not having the ability to add the Apple Card or cash app. Honestly though because all the cards are linked it still shows up. You also have the option to add manually a huge plus. This app has changed my business and life.

    As a LLC split partnership I always have issues with filing but Keeper made it easy with their document upload option and gave me peace of mind with their tax expert review. They even submitted an extension for me automatically.

    They have no customer service. You have to wait three hours or more for reply. If you pay for the premium service, you will not be able to file past taxes.

    I went from owing the government $4000 to them refunding me $2,500. There’s so much you can write off I had no idea. Easiest tax experience I’ve ever had by far. I would not have filed if it weren’t for this app lol

  • Cancelled and still had money taken

    I cancelled my subscription before the free trial was over (not even a full 24 hours) and they still took almost $200 out. I couldn’t find where to contact anyone so I tried to get my bank to dispute it and I don’t think anything was able to be done. I’m now out $192 that I couldn’t afford to give to begin with. Worst part is, the app wasn’t useful for me AT ALL and that’s why I cancelled.
