Garbage Company. They will have server and app issues on the day you owe rent and they magically disappear after they charge you a late fee.

I don’t like that they add your utilities to your rent balance, and you don’t have the option of paying just your rent or your utilities and you are charged a late fee on the utilities when the rent is paid in full and the utilities is not

The app is a copy paste of other tenant portal apps so it’s not original at all. It works some of the times and maintenance is handled outside of the app via a link to safari or browser.

Need to change to the selection to another color or at least the background. It’s hard to see the purple selection with a black background.

It would be nice if it would divide the payments instead of lumping utilities rent and maintenance charges into one total giving no control over where you put the money you have to pay with.

Overall great experience the only thing that I found a bit frustrating is the billing for electric and water there’s not much details available to see the bill in the app and I have not received any paper invoice for the amount I pay. Would like to have the option to see a pdf version of yes energy bill from the Firstkey app.
