No way definitely a scam I sold my brand new never worn not 1 time gets to Goat and they say it’s used. I spent 20 bucks just for a box and tape now I’m charged 15 bucks to ship it back to me. What a waste of time.

It’s actually a really good app… they just take most of your earnings so there’s no way to make a profit without overpricing.

I made a purchase on GOAT, and after using the shoes a while (enough time for my feet to grow) I tried reselling the exact same shoes to which Alias stopped the order and called the shoes inauthentic if this is the case GOAT sold me fake shoes.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Presto on 11.23.23 from GOAT. They were listed as brand new no defects. Upon arrival, they were yellowed and discolored ( Not sure how this passed their ‘amazing’ verification team. ) They would not issue a refund or return. A few months later I tried to sell the shoes on GOAT, only for them to charge me shipping then say they cannot verify it because they are discolored. Now I have to leave the shoes with them ( who is going to buy discolored shoes? ) or I have to pay 20$ AGAIN to get my shoes shipped back to me. Such a horrible business practice and honestly that has to fall under false advertising or something along those lines. I highly doubt they’ll respond to this or ever try to make it right.

I’ve been able to scale and grow my business substantially because of Alia’s, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity. My only concern or complaint for the past 2 years I’ve been selling on Alia’s for is the seller contact service lines. They are usually very unhelpful when submitting claims and asking questions regarding any issue, and they treat you without priority and I believe that should be fixed especially for those who have a lot in sales and high seller scores.

I am not sure who is “authenticating” these items, but I sat on an Essentials sweatshirt for a month and it finally sold. So I shipped it out and apparently they found that the “craftsmanship” was not correct. Whatever the heck that means?! The sweatshirt was bought from PacSun and still had the tag attached. Never worn. Brand new! Now they are charging me $9 to ship it back to me! What?? So now I lost money on it. Total waste of time. I think it’s just their way of making money and scamming people. Because a lot of other complaints I am reading say the same exact thing. SELLER BEWARE!!

my item was real and i know it was because i bought it from goat! and i went to resell and it said it was fake and took money? very bad experience

If you want your shoes stolen just keep on doing business with them.
