I recently had in need for assistance from the Support team. I was blown away. Super fast super easy. These cameras are amazing. And so is the service.

I wish I would have read their PRIVACY statement before I bought their Smart PTZ camera. In order to use this app, you must SURRENDER an enormous amount of personal information and they then have the right to distribute your PERSONAL INFORMATION to third parties, who can pass that along to other people. This camera is made in China and I do NOT want a third party in a foreign country to have access to to information & data stored on my cell phone. I deleted this app because I DO NOT TRUST IT and I’ll be using the camera in a very conspicuous location as a “dummy device” to scare off home intruders.

This camera NEVER had sound. Now it’s not connecting either. All my other cameras, different brand, are working just fine. The solar panel was the best part….but with a camera that never works, it’s beside the point.

For some reason my videos were taking over two hours to download. I requested assistance from Vico and received a quick response that my problem would be reviewed. When I checked my camera the next morning, everything was in perfect working order again with a nice email from customer service telling me all had been resolved. Very happy with my bird feeder and the service I received!

Everything was working fine until the last update, too much delay and it doesn't record everything like before

Getting notifications 2 to 3 hours later didn’t happen til today

The last 3-4 days I’ve been getting notifications extremely slow. I was just notified of me getting home and that was 2.5 hours ago! Same thing happened at lunch, it was about 2.5 hours later as well. No update needs to be done.

Update from 6/2/25 is a disaster! Get ting notified of activity, but the recordings aren’t visible in the cloud or SD card. FIX THIS!!!

I'm writing my first review, and I'm hoping to see some improvements. The camera's notifications are significantly delayed, which is disappointing. Could you please address this issue as soon as possible? Thanks for your attention to this matter!
