Terrible. Mic rarely works, lag is 10 seconds or more, and heres the kicker, you buy the danm product and they have the audacity to charge extra for “premium” content.

I've used this for years and I loved it. But all of a sudden my cameras went offline and won't pair anymore

I tried everything, the camera just don't load when my phone is not connected to a wi-fi.
I am creating a hotspot on my wife's phone to be able to see how my dogs are doing when we leave the house.
I won't waste money on this camera or app.
Stopped recording

Loved this when I first got it. Use it as a baby monitor. Well all of a sudden one day it stopped recording the clips and now says no SD card detected. So now I can’t know what’s happening when I’m not home to see my kids. Very disappointing. Will be looking at other options.
Always have a dot on the profile icon.

I always have a red dot on the “profile” icon. I click it. There’s a red dot in the notice section. I click it and there’s nothing there. It’s always there even after I click it. Maybe that’s why most of the cameras that worked on this app, are now using a different app by a different developer.

I have been paying $10 monthly for the last few months for the CVR service but have only been receiving the $2 motion only service. I have tried fixing it to no luck. I have tried to find a way to reach the company but there is nothing. I will be getting rid of the camera and canceling service if this persist for the rest of this months subscription.

And no longer have connection to my digitcam. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the camera and app and installed the latest software update and nothing works. Which is unfortunate as I have had this camera and app since my first born was 1 yr old. Nothing works. It says it’s loading at 90% but then it says it failed to connect. I am at a loss. Might just get rid of it.
