  • VIP AND ADS R ANNOYING!

    Personally I like the content but the fact that the ads have 6 or maybe 4 every time is super annoying and also vip is stupid you have to have vip to watch more than one episode and you’ll have ads if you don’t have vip, like I don’t mind ads but let us watch the whole series for free since most series r only on this app it’s so annoying please fix it

    IQIYI pressures viewers to purchase a plan by inserting 4 ads, 15 sec each every 6 to 8 minutes. Watching just my first show with an ad schedule like this, e.g. 4 of the same McDonalds ads back to back, it is unlikely I will purchase a pass. The free version is overly burden, which reflects on the IQIYI poor business plan.

    When you purchase VIP it doesn’t work so you can’t watch anything and ads are everywhere. I’ve tried many methods to fix it and customer service does not contact you back. So my money is gone.

    so i just don’t get how only vip users get to watch the whole series but the non vip users can only watch one episode.not only that but like when the start f the show comes on first we get 6 WHOLE ADDS!?.And then i get like 3 adds every 15 seconds.i mean nothings wrong with the shows but like bro.

    So I know that if you want to see certain dramas, you have to pay, right? But… why is EVERYTHING VIP??? And even the ones that have the first one or two episodes free, have the rest labeled “VIP”. Some people like me can’t pay for VIP (even if it’s a small amount) because of certain situations. I don’t mind some dramas needing VIP, but to have them ALL be VIP is kinda annoying and there no point in downloading this app, if you have to pay to watch everything.

    Purposely downloaded for “Empress in The Palace” just to found out it’s available everywhere only to be restricted for U.S ip 😡😡😡 like what the heck. A huge corporation couldn’t negotiate copyright for this movie or refuses to!!

  • Forced ads and no trailer

    It would be great if you can include trailers for the show. It’s annoying to have to leave the app and search elsewhere for the show trailer. Also, i know that vip members can close ads but it’s not a great feeling to get a forced ad while being a paid member.
