    I am annoyed because i want to watch JAZZ FOR TWO really bad but this is the only app I can find and when I installed it it said only one episode was free! I get it they want money but many the could make the shows free then pay for add free cuz I really want to watch that drama but I can’t and it’s annoying.

    I love the content available on the service, but the app could use improvements both on the phone and Roku. The main problem is the My List feature. On the app, it’s hidden but at least it’s available. On Roku, the only way I can watch something from my saved list is to go to it on my phone to find the name to look it up on Roku or start it on the phone and hope it shows up on my continue list. Both should just have either a tab to go to the list or a category for it. Also would be nice to be able to delete a continue watching item from the list on Roku. Currently you have to do that on phone app as well. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a yearly subscriber because of some of the exclusive content, but I use the competition to watch any show that is on multiple outlets.

    I have had this app for a really long time now, however recently recently, and the past few months, I have not been able to watch anything on this app for no longer than 5-6 minutes. No matter how many times I’ve tried to pay for a new membership and it won’t let me make a new account. I don’t know who to speak to to get help with this app because everything I watch is on this app

    First thing there’s to many ads and second you can only watch one episode unless you have vip so please fix that

    They do have a lot of shows to choose from. Although, the app needs some major improvement. First of all, to continue watching the show, you need to navigate to “account” then “history” to find the show. Then you will only get to watch that last episode you didn’t finish and if you want to continue, you need to go search for the show and browse for the next episode. Considering that most shows can’t be finished in one go, this is very annoying. They need to add history to the home page. Second, the subtitle is so hard to read, especially if the shows have white caption at the bottom. They need to have options to add background to subtitle when needed. Third, if you watch Korean show in Thai subtitle, they definitely translate the names from Chinese. You will be left confused that why Korean characters have Chinese name.
